Ohio Machine Launch New Fan Apparel Line to Spur Growth of the Game

Columbus, Ohio - As the Ohio Machine continue to pursue their mission of growing the game of lacrosse in the Midwest, they announced today the launch a new apparel line geared specifically for their loyal supporters, Sheen Nation. A portion of proceeds from all items purchased from the exclusive Sheen Nation Collection will be donated to the Ohio Machine Lacrosse Foundation (OMLF). This collection is the next step in the Machine's Growth of the Game initiative after starting the OMLF in 2017.

"We know as a professional sports organization, we need to do our best to give back to our fans and the sport we love dearly," said Team President Ryan Chenault. "The launch of our foundation was the first crucial step, in cementing our commitment to the growth of the game in the area. Since then, we have continually been asked by our fans on how they can contribute. The Sheen Nation Collection is a creative solution that gives our passionate fans base another way to support the team and the sport."

The Sheen Nation Collection is based off of a custom-created logo, inspired by the state flag of Ohio, and incorporates elements of the Machine and the game of lacrosse. This logo will be incorporated into each item of the collection, which will range from hats and shirts to outerwear and accessories- such as actual Sheen Nation flags.

"We worked with one of our local partners with strong ties to the grassroots sports community to come up with the design," noted Machine Vice President, Brian Ciccone. "Sheen Nation is already strong and proud of our team. Now we want to give all sports fans throughout Ohio the opportunity to be part of our family and support the growth of lacrosse."

The Sheen Nation collection is available now and will be shipping in March.
