February 15, 2019 - Major League Lacrosse (MLL)
Ohio Machine News Release

COLUMBUS, Ohio- As the Ohio Machine continue to invest time in high school engagement, the organization is proud to unveil three elements in an effort to continue the growth of the game at the grassroots level in Ohio: the 2019 High School Showcase, the 2019 Senior All Star Challenge and a brand new scholarship, funded through the Ohio Machine Lacrosse Foundation.

"Across the country, high school lacrosse is the unofficial measuring stick for the quality of the game in a particular state. In Ohio, the high school game - for both boys and girls - has witnessed incredible increases in both the quality of the play as well as in the number of teams playing. This fact speaks volumes as to the state of the game in Ohio," said Ryan Chenault, Team President. "In supporting these three initiatives, the Ohio Machine are invested in seeing the game continue this trajectory by shining a spotlight on the tremendous teams, players and coaches throughout the state of Ohio. We are committed to ensuring that boy's and girl's high school lacrosse, in the state of Ohio, is celebrated and recognized."
