NSL Clubs Reveal 2026 Kit Collection

Published on April 2, 2026 under Northern Super League (NSL) News Release

TORONTO, ON. - The Northern Super League and official kit partner hummel today unveiled the 2026 kit collection as clubs across Canada revealed new primary and alternate looks for the upcoming season.

From the rugged Atlantic coast and Montréal's artistic identity to Ottawa's motion, Calgary's evolving palette, Toronto's urban heritage and Vancouver's natural canopies, the collection reflects a bold evolution in the league's visual identity, rooted in local storytelling, civic pride and a wear-anywhere football aesthetic. Designed to move seamlessly between matchday and everyday life, each kit draws from the textures, history and spirit of its city, an idea recently reinforced through the league's "Back to Work" themed editorial shoot with DARBY Magazine, where football shirts were styled as part of everyday city life.

"After a fantastic inaugural season for the NSL, our team is excited to reveal these fresh new looks for season two. These unique jerseys once again give NSL fans something to be proud of not only on the pitch, but also hanging in their own closet." said Conor Caloia of hummel North America.

Symbols of Success: 2026 honour patches The collection also introduces two commemorative gold honour patches celebrating the defining achievements of the league's inaugural season.

Reigning champions Vancouver Rise FC will wear the four-pointed Northern Star in gold, recognizing their place as the first NSL champions and symbolizing the pinnacle of achievement in Canadian professional women's soccer.

Meanwhile, AFC Toronto will debut the gold Supporters' Shield patch, honouring the club's dominance as the 2025 regular-season leader after finishing atop the table with 16 wins.

Positioned on the left sleeve, the league-designated space for official accolades, the marks establish a clear and elevated visual tradition for excellence across the NSL.

"What makes this collection so powerful is the way each club has translated the spirit of its city into something fans can wear with pride, " said Kelly Shouldice, VP Brand & Content for the NSL.

"The addition of our gold Symbols of Success creates visible traditions that celebrate excellence and help define the league's legacy season after season." The 2026 NSL kit collection will be available through club stores and official league retail channels beginning this week.

Calgary Wild FC

Built on the bold purple identity that quickly became synonymous with the club, Calgary's 2026 kit marks a confident step forward in Season 2. Subtle red detailing is woven throughout the design, introducing a new layer of energy and intent while signalling the evolution of the club's visual story. The result is a look that feels both familiar and future-facing, preserving the strength of the Wild's signature palette while hinting at what lies ahead, a kit defined by momentum, ambition and the confidence of a club ready to soar into its second season.

Halifax Tides FC

Inspired by the light that emerges from the depths of the Atlantic, Halifax's 2026 alternate kit celebrates the resilience of the East Coast. On the rugged Atlantic shore, darkness isn't avoided, it's understood, and this kit is for those who do not wait for the spotlight, they create it.

Defined by a monochromatic teal identity that feels both modern and maritime, tonal striping throughout the fabric is inspired by the relentless movement of currents and tides.

Montréal Roses FC

Returning for Season 2 with subtle refinements, Montréal's iconic inaugural kit proves that great design endures. A new white crew neck and more structured sleeve bands enhance comfort and support while preserving the bold visual identity that quickly became one of the league's most distinctive looks. Created in collaboration with Montréal artist Niti Marcelle Mueth, the blue and red design once again features hand-drawn details and the club's signature rose motif, a symbol of courage, creativity and the blossoming of every player who wears it.

Ottawa Rapid FC

The club's 2026 kits are built around motion and protection. The primary on-field look, Feather Wake, channels the precision and power of a falcon in flight through an all-over feather pattern that feels fluid, feminine, and fearless, capturing a team that doesn't chase, but strikes. In goal, Tulip Guard roots the keeper identity in Ottawa's connection to the tulip, symbolizing loyalty, resilience, and the choice to stand firm in defence every single match.

AFC Toronto

The 2026 primary kit is shaped by the matchday culture of the 1980s and 1990s, an era when football shirts carried a distinct presence in everyday life. Designed to be timeless rather than trendy, the kit balances a classic feel with a modern edge as classic maroon remains the foundation and Warm Winter accents are introduced through the collar and sleeve cuffs, deliberately expanding the club's palette while bridging the gap between the stadium terraces and the city streets.

Vancouver Rise FC

Rooted in the organic beauty of Central Park and Swangard Stadium, Vancouver's "After Dark" kit captures the quiet, electric energy of the Pacific Northwest at night through a rich all-over canopy pattern with layered tree silhouettes that evoke depth and movement. In a nod to the club's hyper-local roots, the goalkeeper edition features a unique map design tracing the actual walking paths of Central Park that lead fans to the stadium, reflecting a city that is inclusive, expressive and deeply connected to its natural environment.
