
NLL secures Injunction against Brine Canada

(New York) - Federal Judge Deborah A. Batts today signed a Temporary Restraining Order in favor of the National Lacrosse League against Brine Canada arising out of NLL's claim that Brine Canada has been manufacturing and distributing unlicensed merchandise bearing NLL marks.
Brine Canada is enjoined for Brine Canada's manufacturing and distributing of unlicensed merchandise pending a hearing scheduled for April 19.
