The Guelph Nighthawks went on a 9-2 run in Elam time to power themselves past the Fraser Valley Bandits 87-79 at Langley Events Centre on Friday night.
Guelph returns to .500 at 8-8 as they enter a three-game road trip, while the Bandits drop to 9-7 and pick up their third consecutive loss.
