Hamilton lacrosse fans are now just a click away from seeing the greatest lacrosse players in the world. Single-game tickets to the Hamilton Nationals can be purchased at www.nationalslacrosse.com through a partnership with Houston-based, web-based ticketing solutions company ExtremeTix, Inc.
"The Nationals are very excited about this partnership with ExtremeTix. This new online ticketing option is extremely user friendly, and will give our fans easy access to all of our home games," said Nationals Ticket Sales and Event Coordinator Mack Abbott.
The Nationals are set to play six home games at Ron Joyce Stadium at McMaster University during the 2013 Major League Lacrosse season. The home opener is set for Saturday, May 11th against the New York Lizards at 7:30 p.m.
The Nationals return high-scoring stars in Joe Walters, Cody Jamieson, Kevin Crowley and Jordan Hall, along with six-time Defensive Player of the Year Brodie Merrill. Dave Huntley returns as the team's head coach for the first time since the 2010 season. He led the Nats to their only MLL title in 2009. Hamilton has advanced to the MLL Finals in two of the last four seasons, including advancing to the 2011 title game.
Individual tickets are currently on sale online and by calling (905) 525-NATS. Prices range from $20 VIP seats to $5.00 student/senior general admission tickets. Premium seats are also available for $15, while general admission seats are affordably priced at $10 per game. Kids under 12 are admitted free.
After taking on the New York Lizards on May 11th, the Nationals remain home for their Annual School Day Game. Last season's game drew a season-high crowd in excess of 3,000 fans. In 2013, Hamilton will host the Charlotte Hounds at 11:00 a.m. on Friday, May 17th. The Nationals' home slate also includes a showdown with the defending MLL Champion Chesapeake Bayhawks on Saturday, June 29th. Hamilton concludes the season by playing three of their final four games at home. The Nationals' regular-season home finale features the Denver Outlaws in a 3:00 p.m. contest on Saturday, August 10th.
