
Nationals' Keogh Goes on the Offensive

Hamilton Nationals' attackman Stephen Keogh was named the Major League Lacrosse Warrior Offensive Player of the Week for his performance last Saturday. On June 1st, he scored a career-high five goals in a 12-11 overtime victory over the Chesapeake Bayhawks.
The three-year veteran netted four first-half goals, but his fifth was the most impressive. Keogh scored a between the legs, no-look goal in the third quarter. He capitalized on five of his seven shots for a stellar .714 shooting percentage and the Player of the Game upped his season shooting percentage to .556. Keogh's handful of goals increased his season total to 10, good for second place on Hamilton's roster.
On Saturday, June 8th at 8:00 p.m., Keogh and Hamilton will battle the Denver Outlaws in a battle for first place in the MLL. Both teams have started the season with 5-0 records. The game will be broadcast live on YouTube.
