
NAHL sets on-ice officials tryout camp

Frisco, Texas -- The North American Hockey League has announced three tryout camps for interested on-ice officials for the 2006-07 season.
These camps are on August 17-19 in St. Paul, Minnesota; August 24-27 in Detroit, Michigan; and September 9-10 in Dallas, Texas.
The August camps will be in conjunction with full training camps for returning NAHL officials. The September camp will be for tryouts only.
Prospective officials from the eastern U.S. (Chicago and east) and south to Tennessee should attend the Detroit camp. Those from west of Chicago and south to Kansas-Colorado and California should attend the St. Paul camp. Officials from Arizona. New Mexico, Texas, Oklahoma and southeast will be directed to attend the Texas camp.
