
NAHL Releases 2011-12 Regular-Season Schedule

FRISCO, TEXAS - The North American Hockey League (NAHL) has announced the release of its 2011-12 regular-season schedule.
Each of the 28 teams in the league's five divisions - the Central, Midwest, North, South and West - will play 60 games.
The season will commence on Sept. 9, 2011 and conclude on April 1, 2012.
The ninth annual NAHL Showcase Tournament will be held from Sept. 14-17, 2011 at the Schwan Super Rink in Blaine, Minn., where all 28 teams will play four regular-season games.
Details on the NAHL Top Prospects Tournaments for the 2011-12 season will be announced in the coming weeks.
The 2012 Robertson Cup Championship Tournament, which crowns the NAHL's playoff champion and USA Hockey's Tier II Junior A national champion, will be held from May 3-8 at the Dr Pepper Star Center in Frisco, Texas.
