NAHL playoff series set

The season is done, the match-ups are set and the NAHL Robertson Playoffs begin on Friday.
With incredibly tight races in all three divisions throughout the season , determining all the playoff spots came down to the final day of the schedule. Finally, on Saturday night -- when the Youngstown Phantoms gained a point against the Soo Indians to give them third spot in the North over the Fairbanks Ice Dogs, when the Minnesota Blizzard finished a great end season run with an OT win against the Fargo-Moorhead Jets to edge out the Bismarck Bobcats for the final spot in the West, and when the Wichita Falls Wildcats' big win over the Texarkana Bandits put an end to the challenge of the Springfield Junior Blues -- all the division semi-final pairings were determined.
The first round is a Best-of-Five affair. The official schedule for all six series listed below will be announced shortly.

All the division semi-final series are tentatively scheduled to begin on Friday. The winners of these series will then play in best-of-seven division final series. From those pairings, the three teams remaining will travel to Bismarck to join with the host team, the Bobcats, in playing for the NAHL's Robertson Cup and the Junior A National Championship.
The opening round pairings present some compelling matchups, with some great rivals squaring off in dramatic fashion. Here are how the teams fared against each other during the regular season.
