NAHL announces Division Finals schedule

FRISCO, TX -- The North American Hockey League has announced the schedule for the 2006 Division Finals Playoff Series.
All four series will begin Friday, April 14 as the eight remaining teams vie for spots in the Robertson Cup Championship Tournament, to be played next month in Mahoning Valley, Ohio.
This is a best-of-seven round. Each of the Division Finals Series pairs the regular season first and second place teams in each of the NAHL's four divisions. The first place team has home ice advantage and the format for each series has been agreed upon by the competing teams and approved by the NAHL.
Series I - USNTDP vs. Cleveland will be a 2-3-2 format.
Series J - Texas vs. Texarkana will be a 2-2-1-1-1 format.
Series K - Southern Minnesota vs. Fargo-Moorhead will be a 2-2-1-1-1 format.
Series L - Bozeman vs. Fairbanks will be a 2-5 format for location, but played as a 2-3-1-1.
The Texarkana Bandits, who played their Division Semi-Finals Series home games in Missouri, will return to their home rink in Texarkana for the Division Finals.
The Southern Minnesota Express will play their first two home games of the Division Finals at the Faribault Ice Arena. Games 5 and 7 will be played at Shattuck-St. Mary's Ice Arena in Faribault.
