
Mustangs take over top spot

Indianapolis, IN. The American Basketball Association (ABA) today released its power rankings for the week of December 29th and the Southeast Texas Mustangs have assumed the #1 position overtaking the Nashville Broncs which have been ranked #1 since the beginning of the season. According to Pierre Hall, Chairman of the ABA Power Ranking Committee, "Steve Tucker has put together a very formidable team and their win over the powerful Texas Fuel moved them up to the top. There are some very strong teams surfacing and the top 8-10 are all potential #1's. It should be interesting."
