MUSKEGON, Michigan (October 24th) - The Muskegon Lumberjacks are thrilled to announce that from all the donations collected from fans throughout the community during last weekend's pair of home games against the Sioux Falls Stampede on Friday and Saturday, the organization was able to raise $2,108.02 towards the "Matthew Sorisho Trust Fund."

In total, $1,053.02 was donated by the fans and community during last weekend's two home games, which was then matched by the Muskegon Lumberjacks Charitable Foundation to surpass the $2,000 mark to go towards Matthew Sorisho's medical expenses.

Also, following this past Sunday's game in Ann Arbor against the USNTDP Under-18 Team, Lumberjacks General Manager John Vanbiesbrouck and Defenseman Carson Gatt went to go visit Matt Sorisho at C.S.
