(Tupelo, MS) - The Mississippi MudCats of the AIFA announced that defensive tackle and West Point, Mississippi native Tim Love has re-signed with the team for the upcoming 2008 season.
The MudCats re-sign veteran defensive tackle Tim Love (6"4"-330)a former 2003 D2 All American selection from Harding University and now he will be entering his second professional football season. Last season he established himself as one of the premier defensive linemen in indoor football with 43 tackles and 11.5 sacks.
Head coach Brian Brents said, "Tim brings that foundation to the defensive line that the team needs to succeed. As a veteran, we expect his leadership to guide our other players and help bring us to victory."
