Mudcats announce new hire

Mississippi Mudcats News Release


The Mississippi Mudcats Indoor Football Team in Tupelo, MS announce the hiring of a Director of Player Personnel / Fullback - Linebacker Coach for the 2007 football season. Kirk Broussard comes to the Mudcats from the Lakeland Thunderbolts in the AIFL. He has over three years of football experience. He is also an indoor football scout for Indoor Football Scouting Bureau. "Kirk offers an insight in the minds of players that is unique, we are lucky to have him." Owner Todd Ellis.

The AIFL is comprised of twenty teams mainly on the eastern portion of the United States, and the teams play in arenas with fields roughly the size of a hockey rink. This type of football has been around for over twenty-five years, played through-out the U.S. The AIFL is headquartered in the birth place of Professional Football, Canton, OH.
