Moms Club of Penfield/East Rochester/Brighton to Collect Care Package Donations March 8

(Rochester, NY)... The Rochester Americans announced today that the MOMS Club of Penfield/East Rochester/Brighton will collect Care Package donations for breast cancer patients during the Amerks game on Friday, March 8. The Amerks will host the Abbotsford Heat at 7:05 p.m. at The Blue Cross Arena.
Fans are encouraged to make gift card or cash donations to assist the MOMS Club in assembling 100 care packages for patients receiving breast cancer treatment at Rochester General Hospital. The gift card and cash donations would then be used to purchase care package items such as reusable water bottles, puzzle books/games, eye mask, slippers, fragrance-free lotion and hard candy. The MOMS Club will also be raffling off an autographed Amerks jersey during the game.
The MOMS Club will be stationed at a table on the main concourse to collect donation items throughout the game.
