MLL Insider Week 14
August 8, 2013 - Major League Lacrosse (MLL) News Release
We may know who will be at MLL Championship Weekend presented by Smartlink but this weekend is critical in knowing who will be playing whom as the Charlotte Hounds, Chesapeake Bayhawks, and Hamilton Nationals must play in order to ascertain championship seeding.
The Denver Outlaws have secured the number one spot but are playing this weekend for something very special indeed. They could be the first team to finish a MLL season undefeated. You are not going to want to miss a minute of the action.
The Outlaws and Nationals get the weekend started at 3 PM in a Saturday matinee on CBS Sports Network. Don't forget to tweet with the hashtag #MLLonCBS, you may see your tweet on TV!
At 7 PM the Hounds visit the Bayhawks in a possible playoff preview, while the Rochester Rattlers visit the Boston Cannons for their final game of the season.

MLL Players of the Week
Week 13 was another exciting one in MLL with no shortage of spectacular performances. The Charlotte Hounds' Matt Danowski took home Warrior Offensive Player of the Week, and the Chesapeake Bayhawks' Jesse Bernhardt was awarded Warrior Defensive Player of the Week while Logan Schuss of the Ohio Machine earned Cascade Rookie of the Week.
MLL Playoff Picture Comes Into View
After an exciting Week 13 of Major League Lacrosse, the teams that will participate in Championship Weekend, presented by Smartlink, are set with only final seeding left to be determined in Week 14. The Denver Outlaws, Hamilton Nationals, Chesapeake Bayhawks, and Charlotte Hounds will all converge on PPL Park in Philidelphia, PA starting August 24 for what is sure to be an exciting two days of lacrosse. Vote for the 2013 MLL All-Pro Team Major League Lacrosse and Lacrosse.com invite fans to vote for this year's All-Pro MLL Team. The poll runs now through Aug.19 on Lacrosse.com and will count for a third of the total vote. Coaches and General Managers will make up the remaining two-thirds of the vote.
