PLAY MAKER, RECORD BREAKER

After spending his first eight seasons as a member of the New Jersey Pride, Scott now suits up in the uniform of the Washington Bayhawks. It was as a Bayhawk earlier this season that Scott appeared in his 100th career regular season game (last night versus Toronto was his 101st regular season MLL appearance) and he shows no signs of slowing down. Accompanying his achievement of reaching the game century mark is also his shot at beating the all-time regular season goals scored record. In between reaching one milestone and attempting to break another, he took the time to speak with me about his extensive career, from playing for his dad at Georgetown to his time in the MLL.

WALTERS NETS FIVE IN TORONTO WIN

The Toronto Nationals have regained their momentum as a thrilling back and forth battle with the Washington Bayhawks ended in a 17-15 victory. Despite a two-goal run by the Bayhawks in the final quarter that tied things up at 15 with just over four minutes to play, the Toronto Nationals came back yet again with a goal by Jordan Levine (2G) before the Bud Light MVP Joe Walters sealed the deal for the Nationals scoring his fifth goal of the night.

With the win, the Toronto Nationals advance to 3-1 while the Bayhawks fall to 1-3 on the season.

CANNONS HEAD TO LI TO FACE LIZARDS ON FRIDAY

The Boston Cannons (1-2) will travel to Long Island (2-1) for a rematch that could put them at .500 for the season in week four. Meeting just three weeks after the season opener when Long Island took down the Cannons in a 9-8 matchup, both the Cannons and the Lizards come off of a big win with some new players and a ton of momentum. CHICAGO HOSTS OUTLAWS ON SUNDAY

The Denver Outlaws (2-1) will travel to the Windy City this Sunday to play the Chicago Machine (1-2) in an attempt to avenge their home opener loss to the Machine in May. This week's game will prove to be an important battle for both teams-one hoping to maintain momentum, the other hoping to gain it.
