MLL Announces CBS Sports Network Coverage

BOSTON - Major League Lacrosse (MLL) announced today that CBS Sports Network will again be the exclusive television provider of the MLL All-Star, Semi-Final and Championship Games. This marks the third year the League's marquee games have been exclusively broadcast on the network.

"We are excited to renew our partnership with CBS Sports Network and continue the broadcast of our four biggest games of the year", said MLL Brand and Marketing Manager Kevin Murphy . "CBS Sports Network has provided our League great exposure and awareness over the years and it's important to us to continue delivering a quality fan experience."

CBS Sports Network will be televising the 2016 MLL All-Star Game live from Cal State Fullerton in Orange County, California, with a local start time of 4 p.m. PST / 7 p.m. EST. The MLL's new Semi-Final format featuring two neutral venues will bring a back-to-back MLL broadcast on August 13. The first Semi-Final Game will air live at 4 p.m. EST from the National Sports Complex in Blaine, Minnesota. The second Semi-Final Game will be played at Fairfield University in Fairfield, Connecticut at 6:30 p.m. EST.

CBS Sports Network's coverage will conclude with the League's pinnacle event, the 2016 MLL Championship Game. The game will return to Fifth Third Bank Stadium in Kennesaw, Georgia on Saturday, August 23 at 7 p.m. EST.

Primary play-by-play duties will, once again, be handled by Dave Ryan, while Evan Washburn will provide color commentary.
