Cleveland Force Signed defender Frederic DeGand to a two-year contract with an option year.
Dallas Sidekicks Signed forward Mark Rowland to a one-year contract plus an option year.
Signed midfielder Vassar Cates to a 15-day/five-game contract.
Kansas City Comets Signed forward Goran Karadzov from Macedonia to a three-year contract plus an option year.
Signed defender Ryan DiNunzio to a one-year contract plus an option year.
St Louis Steamers Placed forward Mike Apple on the Injured Reserve List.
Signed defender Carlton Williams to a one-year contract plus an option year.
