2007 MISL SUPPLEMENTAL DRAFT GUIDELINES
1. NUMERICAL ROUNDS. All nine (9) MISL Member Clubs will be permitted to select up to forty (40) players during the 2007 Supplemental Draft.
2. SELECTION POSITION. The League's three expansion clubs select in the first three (3) positions in every round. The selection order for the remaining MISL clubs is based on the club's win-loss percentage at the conclusion of the 2006-07 regular season, from lowest win-loss percentage to highest win-loss percentage. The order of selection will be as follows:

3. DESIGNATED PLAYERS. Each Member Club designates a maximum of twenty-five (25) players from their current Designation Roster as "protected" and those players are not eligible for selection.
NOTE: 2007 MISL College Draft selections are not eligible to be selected in the Supplemental Draft.
4. ELIGIBLE PLAYERS. Any player not designated as "protected" on a Member Club's Designation Roster as of July 10, 2007 is eligible for selection in the Supplemental Draft.
NOTE: All new "discovery players" or players from other non-member teams (MLS, USL, etc) are eligible for selection.
About the MISL
The Major Indoor Soccer League, a single-entity organization with a coast-to-coast presence, represents the major league of professional indoor soccer, featuring the finest indoor soccer players from 32 countries around the world. The nine (9) MISL clubs competing in the 2007-08 season are the Baltimore Blast, California Cougars, Chicago Storm, 2007 championship finalist Detroit Ignition, Milwaukee Wave, and the defending MISL Champion Philadelphia KiXX, with the addition of three expansion clubs, MISL Monterrey (MX), New Jersey Ironmen, and the Orlando Sharks. The 2007-08 MISL regular season commences on the weekend of October 19-21, 2007 and concludes on the weekend of April 4-6, 2008. Each Club plays a thirty-game (30) regular-season schedule (15 home / 15 away). The League's Master Game Schedule for the 2007-08 campaign is expected to be released in early August.
