Minnesota Swarm Single Game Tickets Go on Sale October 31

SAINT PAUL, Minn. - The National Lacrosse League's (NLL) Minnesota Swarm today announced that single game tickets for the 2015 season will go on sale to the general public this Friday, Oct. 31 starting at 10 a.m. CT. Lower level single game tickets at The Hive start as low as $24 for all nine home games at Xcel Energy Center.

The Swarm will open the 2015 NLL season at home against the Colorado Mammoth on Saturday, Jan. 3 for a 7 p.m. matchup at Xcel Energy Center. In total, the Swarm will host six Saturday evening contests and three Friday night games from Jan. 3 to May 2. For the second consecutive year, The Hive was named the Best Arena Experience in the NLL in 2014 (via StadiumJourney.com), and since the team's inaugural season in 2005, Minnesota has averaged close to 10,000 fans per home game.

This season, the Swarm Experience will be taken to a whole new level with the Xcel Energy Center's new state-of-the-art Daktronics video board that is six times the size of the arena's original video board. The two main displays each measure 19 feet high by 37.5 feet wide, and the two end video displays each measure 19 feet high by 24 feet wide.

In 2015, Minnesota's roster returns fan favorites captain Andrew Suitor, leading scorer Callum Crawford, '14 NLL Transition Player of the Year Jordan MacIntosh and '14 NLL Rookie of the Year Logan Schuss. This past September, the Swarm selected one of the game's most lethal goal scorers in forward Miles Thompson with the third overall pick in the NLL Draft. Thompson, 23, tied an NCAA DI single-season record with 82 goals while at UAlbany this past spring.
