MASL Renews Three-Year Partnership with Pointstreak
Published on July 10, 2014 under Professional Arena Soccer League (PASL) News Release
The Major Arena Soccer League and Pointstreak have agreed to a three-year extension that will see Poinstreak continue to be the league's stats provider and web host through the 2016/17 season.
Formerly the Professional Arena Soccer League (PASL), it was announced in April that six teams from the Major Indoor Soccer League (MISL) would be joining the PASL, with a name change to the MASL announced in mid-May. Expected to have 24 teams from the United States and Mexico participating in the 2014-2015 season, the MASL will be using Pointstreak Stats to automate the management of stats, schedules and rosters.
"We are excited to have Pointstreak continuing with us as a partner," said MASL Commissioner Kevin Milliken. "They continue to grow, creating new platforms for us to get statistical infomation to our fans. They have always worked hard to provide great customer service and support."
"We're pleased to count one of the best professional soccer leagues in the country as one of our clients," said Scott Secord, Pointstreak's President / CEO. "The MASL is dedicated to creating a top-notch product on the field and we're dedicated to helping them with the technology to bring that product to their growing fan base."
Pointstreak is in the process of redesigning www.paslsoccer.com into the league's new online home at www.maslsoccer.com. The newly launched Seattle Impact team unveiled their new Pointstreak website earlier this week.
