Majestic Athletic to Make Replica Jerseys

NEW YORK -- The Arena Football League (AFL) and Majestic Athletic today announced a three-year agreement giving Majestic Athletic rights to design, market, manufacture and distribute AFL team replica game jerseys in adult and youth sizes. Majestic Athletic will also create and market athletic and fashion apparel lines of t-shirts, fleece and outerwear, and will have its mark on apparel for all 19 AFL teams. The agreement begins this season, with product available in February 2004.

Recognized as one of the nation's fastest growing, most affordable and fan-friendly sports, the AFL will begin its 18th season in February 2004.

This licensee partnership also marks the first-ever personalized replica jersey supplier for the AFL, continuing the league's philosophy as a fan-friendly sport. Personalized replica jersey will only be available at AFL's online store, The Arena Store.
Majestic Athletic/AFL team replica jerseys and basic and fashion apparel lines will be available at better sporting goods stores, athletic specialty retailers, AFL team venues and online at www.arenafootball.com.
