COLUMBUS, Ohio - The Ohio Machine have added goalie Parker Fairey, midfielder Marcus Willis, and defenders Colin Hart and John Winchell via the Major League Lacrosse Player Pool.

Fairey was named the 2016 the MCLA Division II Player of the Year, and was a four-year starter for Montana State, leading the Bobcats to their only undefeated conference championship and two appearances at the national championships. The Morristown, N.J., native was first team All-RMLC and All-American last spring.

Hart is a former U.S. Lacrosse High School All-American and collected 86 ground balls in his four-year career at Bellarmine University. The Brentwood, TN native was named a Scholar All-American by USILA and earned first-team All-Southern Conference honors as a defender.

Willis was named the 2015 OAC 'Co-Offensive Player of the Year.' Willis finished his four-year career with Otterbein University with 118 points and appeared in three NCAA Tournaments.

Winchell was the 2012 New Jersey Defenseman of the Year and is a three-time Northeast Conference First Team member. The St. Joseph's graduate is from Glen Ridge, NJ, and picked up 89 ground balls and caused 60 turnovers in his 63 career games.

The four will compete for a roster spot at Ohio Machine training camp starting this weekend.

"As we prepare for training camp, we're constantly evaluating how we can put our most competitive roster together," Ohio Machine head coach and general manager Bear Davis said. "Athletes and availabilities change. Several of these guys showed well in our open tryouts and right place, right time, right situation. So, we'll see what they've got."

To make room for the four players on the 40-man roster, the Machine added attackers Peter Baum and Mark Cockerton to the team's MLL Inactive List and released defender Mike Quinn and midfielder Henry West.
