
Lorenzi Signs with Tarpons

Estero, FL. - Robert Lorenzi, one of the nation's top cornerbacks in pass break ups in 2010, has agreed to terms with the Florida Tarpons.
Lorenzi, a 5'9" 180lbs cornerback, graduated from Bowling Green University. He compiled 17 tackles, 7 PBUs, 2 interceptions, and 114 yards in just seven games in the 2010 season. Robert started his collegiate career at Laney College in Oakland, CA alongside fellow Tarpon Chuck Walker. While there, he amassed 13 interceptions (tied for school record) and was named All-Conference and All-State two years in a row. Lorenzi was coached by Tarpon scout Anthony Jackson while at Laney.
