AMARILLO, TX - An extended interview with the Chairman of The Australian Ice Hockey League highlights a new Episode of Puska on Pucks, The Original Internet Hockey Show.
Host Denis J. Puska visits with Tyler Lovering, in the Lifted Group Spotlight (www.liftedgroup.com), who discusses the growth of ice hockey in Australia and a new agreement to create a 'Champions League Event' with the New Zealand Ice Hockey League. Lovering, who also played junior hockey in Canada, will talk about the future of the AIHL and some of the obstacles that they face.
The NHL has been experimenting with a variety of new rules and is even considering some minor changes to the net and glass by the benches. Puska will have his thoughts on those issues plus the recently completed rules experiment in Toronto.
Ice Chips News and Notes will feature a coaching announcement for the Ontario Reign of the ECHL, the American Hockey League releasing its schedule, and a former NHL Executive who is interested in buying the Phoenix Coyotes.
