Last chance for 2007 Thunder tickets at 2006 prices

ST. PAUL, Minn. (Thursday, December 28, 2006) - Season tickets for the Minnesota Thunder's 2007 USL First Division season are now on sale and anybody that purchases a season ticket package by December 31, 2006 will secure 2006 prices. Some ticket packages are expected to raise after the first of the year. Season tickets can be purchased by visiting www.mnthunder.com or by calling 651.917.TEAM.

At James Griffin Stadium in St. Paul, season ticket packages start as low as only $50 and over 900 people last season took advantage of the opportunity to see high level soccer in their own backyard.

The Thunder's Field-Level seating includes 80 soft-seat chairs that are placed behind the sponsor field boards on the south side of the field, approximately 10 feet from the touchline. These seats are a first come first server basis item.

The Supporter ticket package, for the most passionate of fans, includes a commemorative Thunder scarf that is actually designed by the fans themselves.

The Thunder will continue to have a limited number of cushioned seat backs inside its VIP section. These seats will be included in all Platinum packages and will be available to those with VIP Reserved tickets for an additional fee.

Also available will be flexible ticket packages in bundles of 15 and seven tickets. These tickets are good for any regular season home match and can be used in any combination.

All full season ticket packages include an additional ticket to the Thunder's first US Open Cup match, a 2007 yearbook, an invite to the pre-season team reception, and a VIP discount card.
