(Rochester, NY) -- The Rochester Lancers today continued their Eat Right, Treat Right Challenge as they gave a school assembly to over 900 students regarding the value of healthy living habits and anti-bullying.

Lancers players Evan McNeley, Jeremy Ortiz, and Elliot Fauske performed a 45 minute assembly for the students of Greece Arcadia Middle School this afternoon in a full capacity high school gymnasium. This is the second year of the interactive, informative program. In year one, the Lancers reached over 15,000 local students and are on pace to double that number this year.

The Eat Right, Treat Right Challenge is a school assembly program featuring Lancers players at local schools. The "Eat Right" messaging includes valued healthy living advice, including the importance of nutritious, balanced diets. The "Treat Right" messaging refers to the importance of taking care of your own bodies while also treating those around you with respect, as part of an anti-bullying campaign. Lancers players use their own stories, lifestyles, and interactive elements to share this messaging with local students.
