Lake Michigan Admirals Host Summer Blast

Benton Harbor, MI. The ABA Lake Michigan Admirals have announced that they will be hosting the 1st Annual Lake Michigan Admirals Summer Blas at 6pm and 730pm on each night of August 3rd and 5th at Benton Harbor High School's Farnum Gym.
The event will be highlighting two area high school teams, Benton Harbor (3) players and Brandywine (3) players and two teams made up of the area's summer league best players, sponsored by Lakeland Healthcare and the Lake Michigan Admirals. Both sponsors have teamed up to raise food for Safe Shelter Inc. which was founded in 1976 in a grassroots campaign to provide services to survivors of domestic violence and sexual assault. Safe Shelter has housed domestic violence survivors in four different facilities in Berrien County. For admission, all that fans have to do is bring at least one can of food to see a great night of basketball.
