Kentucky Knights Join Supreme Indoor Football
Supreme Indoor Football (S.I.F) is pleased to announce that the marquee team in the North American Indoor Football (N.A.I.F.) the Kentucky Knights has joined the S.I.F. to begin play with the 2016 season. The Knights are from Owensboro Kentucky and play their home games in the 5,000 seat Owensboro Sportscenter Ownership of the Knights felt that the S.I.F. offered many services that would be beneficial to them from safety helmet devices for all Knights players, state of the art film and statistics programs, strong tie to national vendors with discounted products and national media exposure. The Knights will also be showcased in an S.I.F. game against the Cape Fear Heroes from Fayetteville North Carolina that will be internationally televised live on March 24th, 2016.
The S.I.F, the Kentucky Knights and the N.A.I.F. share similar goals and visions for the future of indoor football and believe working together will only enhance the industry. The remaining teams in the N.A.I.F. will continue to remain under the management of the N.A.I.F. and have no direct affiliation to the S.I.F.
Richard Beam of North American Indoor Football (N.A.I.F.) says the move to have the Kentucky Knights compete in the S.I.F. was to build a bridge between indoor football leagues and to compete competitively.
Jack Bowman National Director of the S.I.F. states the Kentucky Knights will be a strong addition to their league, their dedication from putting the best product and fan experience on the field to charitable causes and youth mentoring programs fall directly in line with the S.I.F. vision.
Look for additional S.I.F. teams to be announced in the near future.
