CANTON, Ohio - The Mid-Atlantic Hockey League (MAHL) today announced the appointment of Mr. Fidel Jenkins as the new owner of the Indiana Ice Miners effective Friday, March 7, 2008.
As a real estate developer and entrepreneur, Mr. Jenkins has developed luxury residential and multi-family properties in California and Texas as well as other business interests.
Mr. Jenkins is no stranger to professional sports having been the official home builder for a Major League Baseball team for several years. His knowledge and commitment to minor league sports will undoubtedly bring new life and enthusiasm to the team as well as the city of Indiana.
