New Jersey Ironmen News Release
STOCKTON, CA (Saturday, March 8, 2008) - Despite a two-goal effort from Dizzy Antoniuk, the New Jersey Ironmen (12-12) lost their second game in three days. After taking a 6-4 advantage into the final frame against the California Cougars (9-15), a fourth quarter Enrique Tovar three-pointer handed the Ironmen a tough defeat, 7-6. Despite the loss, New Jersey still holds the final slot for the 2008 MISL playoffs with only six games left on the regular season slate.
New Jersey returns to Newark on March 15th to host the Chicago Storm. That Saturday contest will be "Dance Team Photo Night" at Prudential Center where fans will receive a free dance team autograph card. Tickets for that match up and the remaining Ironmen home games can be purchased today by calling 1-800-IRONMEN!
