Bozeman Icedogs News Release

This is it--the weekend everyone has been waiting for. The 2004-05 Bozeman ICEDOGS are going to UNLEASH their fury on the NAHL-West division beginning this Friday, and they want you to be part of the action. Tickets, Flex Packs, and Season Tickets are now ready...so avoid lines and pick yours up between 9am-5pm today or tomorrow, or beginning at 9am Friday and Saturday.

The ICEDOGS are also excited to introduce Old Chicago as the official post-game party location where fans can mingle with their favorite players immediately following every home game there is not a post-game skate. This means players will go to Old Chicago rather than come up to the lobby following these games. The first post-game party will be this Friday night---while Saturday night the 'DOGS will stick around for the Post-Game Skate.

Welcome to the 2004-05 Season!

This season, you will find a lot of upgrades when you come to an ICEDOGS game. We have worked hard to listen to our sponsors, season ticket holders, and fans like you who have made comments and suggestions leading to some pretty exciting changes.

The ICEDOGS have teamed up with Rocky Mountain Roasting Company and D & R Coffee Service in bringing our fans a new coffee cart on our concourse. Fans will be able to purchase a selection of Rocky Mountain Roasting Company's fine line of coffee based drinks. Also available will be the new La Tinga Mexican Food booth where AUTHENTIC Mexican food can be purchased along with Bartles & Jaymes bottled margaritas and Coronas. You asked for upgraded food and beverages offerings, you got it!

We actively marketed the ICEDOGS this past month, so you have probably noticed some of our new promotions. This year, we are hosting 7 Pepsi Family Nights (first is this Saturday against Billings). This is in addition to two golf sellout promotions (September 17th, March 26th) where fans will receive a FREE round of golf at Big Sky Resort with a sellout. Moonlight Basin is also kicking in a FREE lift ticket if the ICEDOGS win in front of a sellout crowd on December 4th against Billings!

Here is a note from the Gallatin Valley Hockey Club (GVHC) regarding this season's puck toss: "As most of you know, the GVHC has a Puck Toss fundraiser during the second Intermission of ICEDOGS games. Unfortunately, a current lawsuit is preventing the GVHC from allowing fans to help pick up after the Puck Toss on the ice, and requiring all participants be members of the GVHC for liability reasons. We are very sorry, as we know kids look forward to going out on the ice and this activity can be the highlight of their experience at a game. Another result from this lawsuit is the mandated change to new foam pucks. Darigold is also providing foam cows, which will be used during Family Nights and other select games. Thank you for your support of the GVHC Puck Toss, and we apologize for the inconvenience." Gallatin Valley Hockey Club

This year, we are incorporating a kids related non- profit into our Coaches' Corners at Bennigans Restaurant. The first Coaches' Corner (September 14th) will involved the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation (JDRF). While at Coaches' Corner, fans can purchase tickets for the ICEDOGS game against the Billings Bulls on September 17th for $10, with half of the money going to JDRF.

This Weekend's Plans

Friday night the Fernie Ghostriders come to town at 7:05 pm. During extended intermissions, all ICEDOGS will compete in a skills competition to showcase their talents in puck shooting and handling, and skating. Immediately following the game join the ICEDOGS at Old Chicago Restaurant on South 19th Avenue to talk about the game with your favorite players!

Saturday, the 'DOGS will tango with their biggest rival...the Billings Bulls...and the festivities start early. Season Ticket holders are invited to a complimentary pre-game meal with the team from 5:00-6:00, with doors opening to the public at 6:00. Also on hand from 5:00-7:00 will be an inflatable bouncer for kids, puck shot challenges, a 95.1-FM Live Remote, and more!

Saturday night is our first Pepsi Family Night, where $25 will purchase 4 tickets, 4 Pepsis, and 1 popcorn. The players will also be sticking around after the game for the very popular FREE post-game skate with the ICEDOGS!

This Year's Ticket Packages
