Hurricanes Begin Season Ticket Sales
July 8, 2007 - American Basketball Association (ABA)
Hawaii Hurricanes News Release
Honolulu, HI. The ABA Hawaii Hurricanes' season tickets are now available for purchase. This announcement comes following the ABA's team announcement of making the Neal Blaisdell Center their home court for the upcoming 2007-08 season.
The season tickets can be reserved through the Hawaii Hurricanes' corporate office by calling 585-0222. Those who get their season tickets now will also receive an autographed ABA team ball before the season begins. The ABA season runs from November 2007 through March 2008. Most home games will be played on Sundays and Tuesday. Sunday games will start at 2pm and weekday games will begin at 730pm.
"We designed our ticket sales so reserved seats are mid-court and general admission, child and discounted seats are still only about 15 to 20 feet from the court for only $7-$13," stated Andrew Moss, owner and President of the Hurricanes. Complete ticket prices can be found on www.hawaiihurricanes.com. The tentative home schedule is as follows:
November 11, 13
December 3, 4, 10, 11
January 7, 8 13, 15
February 3, 5, 10, 11, 25 26
March 2, 4
More announcements will be made soon regarding the schedule, tryouts, sponsorship partnerships and box office ticket sales. For more information, email andrew_moss@hawaiihurricanes.com or visit www.abalive.com.
Note: OurSports Central no longer actively covers the American Basketball Association (ABA) as a professional league due in part to its inability to publish and play a schedule and the transitory nature of many of its teams.
