Edmonton, AB--- The four regular season series games between provincial rivals the Edmonton Rush and Calgary Roughnecks will promise a showdown of hard core lacrosse. The divisional battle this year has a new addition to the overall winning of the series, "Homes by Avi Battle of Alberta Lacrosse Cup."

The team to win the four regular season series games will secure rights in the standings to also a monetary donation. The winning team will hoist the "Homes by Avi Battle of Alberta Lacrosse Cup" Saturday, April 20 on Crystal Glass Field at Rexall Place following the final regular season series game between the Rush and Roughnecks. Additionally, the winning team will have the honour of presenting a monetary donation to the KidsSport charity in their city. (In the event of a series split is it decided by total goals for and against)
