Hills Earns All-Arena Honors

TAMPA BAY - The Arena Football League announced today the 2013 All-Arena Offensive Teams. Tampa Bay Storm wide receiver Joe Hills earned first team All-Arena honors.

Hills (6-foot-5, 215 lbs., Tennessee State) completed his second season with the Storm in 2013. The Palmetto, FL native produced the greatest statistical receiving season in team history. He would go on to finish with 133 receptions for 1,861 yards and 42 receiving touchdowns, all of which are franchise records. His 262 points scored also set a franchise single-season scoring (non-kicking) record.

During week three against Utah, Hills had a breakout performance. He hauled in 16 passes for 259 yards and five touchdowns. His 259 receiving yards marked a franchise single-game high, and it would earn him the Russell Athletic Offensive Player of the Week honors.

Hills ended his 2013 campaign in the top-three of several statistical categories, including receiving yards per game (116.3), receiving touchdowns (42), touchdowns (43), receiving yards (1,861) and scoring (16.4).

Over the course of two seasons, Hills has 172 catches for 2,509 yards and 55 receiving touchdowns with the Storm.

This is the first All-Arena selection of Hills' two year career.
