Galaxy head coach MIKE JONES says of his star running back: "I will tell Skip Hicks to keep up the good work following his showing against the Claymores. He has done a great job for us up to this point of the season. Skip has been a big part of our offense and I have to take my hat off to him because he has produced some great performances."
Hicks was also named Offensive Player of Week 4.
Amsterdam Admirals defensive end CHARLES ALSTON (Atlanta Falcons) was named Defensive Player of Week 7 after he recorded 4 tackles and 2 quarterback sacks during his team's 17-10 defeat of the Cologne Centurions on Saturday.
