Herd Sign Outfielder Brad McQuinn

Burlington, ON "" The Burlington Herd, proud members of the Intercounty Baseball League (IBL) announced today the signing of Outfielder Brad McQuinn for the 2017 season.

McQuinn enters his second season with the Herd after recording a .182 average with three doubles and triple and six RBI in his rookie IBL season. Prior to joining the Herd, Brad, a Penetanguishene, Ontario native spent two seasons at Jefferson Community College in the NJCAA.

"Brad has raw tools combining power and speed and hopefully after a season in the IBL he will make the necessary adjustments to have a larger impact in 2017" said Herd Field Manager Jeff Lounsbury. "Brad is a player that I have high hopes for, he's a 100% team guy who plays with high energy."

The Herd take the field for the first time on Saturday, May 13, 2017 at the Barn (Nelson Park).
