Hamilton Hammers Release Theme Game Schedule for Inaugural Season

The Hamilton Hammers announced today their full theme game schedule featuring 19 games designed to celebrate the community, create memorable experiences, and bring fans together all season long during their inaugural season at TD Coliseum.

The schedule features an array of community-focused celebrations and promotions throughout the season, highlighted by Home Opener Weekend on October 9 and 11 against the Toronto Marlies, Hockey Fights Cancer on November 20, Pride Night on January 6, Indigenous Celebration on January 23, and Black Excellence on February 4. Students from schools across the region will also have the chance to experience the action during two school day games November 25 and March 3.

"From the moment we started this journey, we've wanted this team to feel like it belongs to the entire community," said Nicole Demers, Head of Business Operations, Hamilton Hammers. "Our theme games give us an opportunity to celebrate the people, organizations, and communities that make our city what it is. We're excited to welcome everyone to TD Coliseum and make our inaugural season a memorable one."

Halloween Game: Thursday, October 29 vs. Hartford Wolf Pack

Student Night: Wednesday, November 4 vs. Toronto Marlies

Canadian Armed Forces: Friday, November 6 vs. Providence Bruins

Hockey Fights Cancer: Friday, November 20 vs. Belleville Senators

School Day Game: Wednesday, November 25 vs. Syracuse Crunch

Teddy Bear Toss: Saturday, December 12 vs. Toronto Marlies

Holiday Game: Sunday, December 20 vs. Laval Rocket

Pride Night: Wednesday, January 6 vs. Laval Rocket

Indigenous Celebration: Saturday, January 23 vs. Cleveland Monsters

First Responders: Saturday, January 30 vs. Belleville Senators

Black Excellence: Thursday, February 4 vs. Abbotsford Canucks

Family Day Game: Monday, February 15 vs. Utica Comets

Women in Sports: Saturday, February 27 vs. Rochester Americans

School Day Game: Wednesday, March 3 vs. Cleveland Monsters

St. Patrick's Day: Wednesday, March 17 vs. Hershey Bears

Country Night: Saturday, March 27 vs. Toronto Marlies

Fan Appreciation: Saturday, April 10 vs. Laval Rocket

The Hammers will open the regular season on the road with games against the Belleville Senators on October 2 and the Toronto Marlies on October 3, before returning to TD Coliseum for Home Opener Weekend.
