Growlers Announce Team Jerseys and Merch
May 20, 2022 - Canadian Elite Basketball League (CEBL)
Newfoundland Growlers News Release
The Newfoundland Growlers Basketball Club unveiled its official team jerseys today just in time for the team's inaugural training camp to kick off. The Growlers wordmark is featured front and centre on both the home and away jerseys while the stoic Sable Chief-inspired emblem highlights the Regiment Gold alternate jersey.
All three jerseys feature black side panels that hold two chevrons, with the home and away jerseys showcasing the chevron in Regiment Gold while the alternate jersey's chevrons are coloured Iceberg White. The use of chevrons further connects the Growlers brand to Sable Chief, his handler Private Hazen Fraser, and the Royal Newfoundland Regiment.
At practice, the Growlers will wear reversible Black and Gold jerseys that combine the Growlers wordmark and primary logo with matching reversible shorts.
The Growlers will primarily wear black jerseys at home with alternate jersey nights to be announced with the clubs' promotional schedule in the near future.
The jerseys and other Growlers Basketball merchandise are now available for purchase and pre-order online at shop.nlgrowlers.com.
The Growlers take on the Edmonton Stingers on home court and the MUN Field House on Friday, June 3rd. Tickets are on SALE NOW via growlersbasketball.ca/tickets.
