Greenville, S.C. - The Greenville Triumph Soccer Club and ScanSource today announced a partnership naming the Greenville-based technology company as the club's inaugural match day kit sponsor. The partnership was announced by Triumph Chairman Joe Erwin and ScanSource Chairman and CEO Mike Baur at the company's Greenville headquarters during a live global employee meeting.
"We're honored to have ScanSource as one of our club's most visible partners," said Triumph Vice Chairman and Chief Brand Officer Doug Erwin. "ScanSource's growth and commitment to the communities in which they have offices, including their headquarters in Greenville, provides a great model of success that we hope to mirror as we build the foundation of our club. We're both Greenville-based organizations playing in an international arena - that's pretty awesome."
"ScanSource is very excited about our partnership with the Greenville Triumph," said Baur. "Our organizations share many of the same values: investment in the community, international appeal, respecting diverse backgrounds, delivering an engaging experience, and community support and outreach through targeted initiatives. We're confident our partnership will have an impact that reaches well beyond the soccer field."
Following the partnership announcement, the club unveiled their inaugural uniforms, featuring a green and blue primary kit and a white secondary kit with green and blue stripes across the chest. Both kits feature the ScanSource logo on the chest and Bon Secours logo on the sleeve.
Jerseys are available for purchase now on ShopGreenvilleTriumph.com and will ship in advance of the club's season-opening game March 29th in Statesboro, Georgia. The club opens their home season April 6th against the Lansing Ignite at Legacy Early College. Single game tickets will go on sale in mid-March.
