7 weeks of speed and agility training for the explosive movements they'll need in goal 12 weeks of outdoor training consisting of technical, functional/tactical, and psychological training to help your GK become a game changer Technical: Positioning, handling(catching/deflecting), diving(front, low, collapses, mid-range height, and extension), high balls(crosses, boxing) Functional/Tactical: angle play, reaction saves, distribution(hands/feet), breakaways, pks, set pieces, restarts, communication Psychological: leadership skills, coping with game(goals against), having short term memory to move forward in the game, managing mistakes/losing confidence, right communication (tone of voice/when not to talk), creating an on-field presence
