Georgia Force To Hold Open Tryouts

Augusta,GA-. The Georgia Force will hold their 2nd free agent open tryout on Saturday December 4, 2010 to launch the return of the Georgia Force to the Arena Football League for the upcoming 2011 season. The tryout will be held at:
Grovetown High School
2010 Warrior Way
Grovetown, GA 30813
Head Coach Dean Cokinos along with his staff will conduct the workouts and evaluate the players. "We experienced great success in our first open tryout in Atlanta, where we signed one player to a 2011 AFL contract and saw several other players that we will invite to our training camp. Georgia is a talent rich region and we hope to find some quality players who can contribute to our organization. We want tough, hard working players and this will be the first chance for potential candidates to showcase their abilities." said Cokinos.
Tryouts will consist of 40-yard dash, short shuttle, individual drills, and 1on 1's. The cost of the tryout is $80. Pre-registration cost is $70. Please mail all pre-registration forms along with money to the address below. Pre- registration forms can be downloaded by visiting www.georgiaforce.com. The last day to pre-register is Wednesday December 1, 2010 at 5:00 PM.

Kickers will not be evaluated at this tryout.
PLEASE do not call Grovetown for information
Restrooms and a place to change will be provided.
Cash only will be accepted on day of tryout.
There are no hotel arrangements being provided.
Registration will begin at 9:00 a.m. Sharp
There is no full contact and therefore no need for shoulder pads.
Appropriate dress consists of workout clothes and shoes suited for grass (also can bring tennis shoes)
Tryout will be conducted rain or shine, No refunds accepted for any reason.
