Fresno Monsters News Release

Fresno, Calif. - The Fresno Monsters and the Fresno Junior Hockey Club are pleased to announce a partnership to help promote and develop hockey throughout the Central Valley. The two clubs' combined energy will provide an avenue for local hockey players to develop their skills from youth hockey beginners to competitive hockey and on to junior hockey in Fresno. F.J.H.C. will continue to run the youth in-house and travel programs while the Fresno Monsters will continue their quest to provide the highest level of amateur hockey in North America.

F.J.H.C.'s youth hockey players will now wear Fresno Monsters jerseys, sporting the same green, gold, black and white color scheme of the Fresno Monsters tier II and tier III players. F.J.H.C. will be managed by a board of directors with the addition of two representatives: one from the Fresno Monsters and one from Gateway Ice Center.
