
Four Teams Remain In Contention For Champion's Cup

The National Lacrosse League playoffs continue this weekend with the Divisional Finals on Friday and Saturday, April 27-28. The game dates and times are now set. The East Divisional Final features the Rochester Knighthawks (14-2 regular season record) hosting the Buffalo Bandits (10-6) at the Blue Cross Arena in Rochester on Friday, April 27 at 8:05PM Eastern. The West Divisional Final has the Arizona Sting (9-7) hosting the San Jose Stealth (9-7) on Saturday, April 28 at 10:30PM Eastern.
These four teams advanced by winning their Divisional Semifinal games this past weekend. All playoff games are single-elimination.
In the East, the top two seeds advanced last weekend as Rochester (#1 East) defeated Toronto (#4 East) 10-6. Buffalo (#2 East) defeated Minnesota (#3 East) 14-8.
In the West, it was the two lower seeds posting playoff road wins in the Divisional Semifinals. San Jose (#4 West) defeated Colorado (#1 West) 15-14 in overtime. Arizona (#3 West) defeated Calgary (#2 West) 13-9.
The winners of this weekend's games will face each other in the National Lacrosse League Championship Game, presented by Edge Active Care, on Saturday, May 12.
