Force Foursome on All-NPF Team, Thorson Top Rookie

August 17, 2007- Allentown, Pa. - The National Pro Fastpitch league has announced their 2007 All-NPF Team. The Philadelphia Force placed four members on the all-star team.

Those members, with stats as of 8/16/07, are:

1st Base: Kellie Wilkerson. .340 AVG, 5 HR, 18 RBI, 31 BB, 19 R, .508 OB%

OF: Sharonda McDonald: .327 AVG, 37 H, 12 SB, 19 R

DP: Chelsea Spencer: .339 AVG, 42 H, 5 HR, 17 RBI, 25 R, 3 3B, 14 BB

P: Kristina Thorson: 13 W, 11 CG, 107 K, 1.21 ERA

Thorson also garnered 2007 Rookie of the Year accolades for her dominating first-year performance in the circle for the Force.
