Force Fortify Offensive Line, Re-Sign Darrius Moore
Published on November 6, 2016 under Champions Indoor Football (CIF) News Release
WICHITA, Kan. - The Wichita Force has announced the re-signing of offensive lineman Darrius Moore for the 2017 season.
Moore was an important part of the Wichita Force's 2016 championship run. A natural tackle, Moore made the switch to center in training camp, and started all but one game for the Force last season. Paired with veteran OL Darren Marquez, the signing of Moore should ensure the Force one of the best offensive lines in the CIF.
A native of Selma, Ala., Moore played with the Tuskegee University Golden Tigers during his collegiate career. In 2014, Moore helped the team reach a 9-3 record with a bid in the post-season playoffs where the Tigers lost to No. 6 University of West Georgia in the first round.
Season tickets are now on sale and can be purchased online at www.selectaseat.com or by calling 316.425.3009. For the latest player signings and more information on the Force, visit www.wichitaforce.com, like the team on Facebook, or follow them on Twitter (@wichitaforce).
