Force Announce 2017 Open Tryout Information

WICHITA, Kan. - The Wichita Force announced today that the team will host its open tryouts for the upcoming 2017 season on Sunday, Nov. 13.
The team will host this season's open tryouts at the Boys and Girls Clubs of South Central Kansas at 2400 N. Opportunity Drive, near the 21st and Grove intersection, from 10 a.m. until 12 p.m. with registration beginning at 9:30 a.m.
Athletes are asked to wear gear that he or she is comfortable working out in as well as bringing cleats and/or turf shoes to the tryouts. All participants must be at least 18 years or older and sign a waiver prior to participating in the event. The registration fee is $50 for early registration and $60 for day-of/walk-up registration.
Over the last two seasons, the Force has signed ten players from tryouts including WR standout Brett Soft, DB Dominique Terrell, and WR Jabril Soloman. Players that have not made the roster cut have also had the opportunity to play for other teams within the league including the Omaha Beef and Dodge City Law.
Participants may register online at www.wichitaforce.com and click the "Tryout Registration" link under the "TEAM" tab to sign-up. An invoice for registration will be sent to the provided email for payment. All participants that choose to pay the day-of the event will pay the walk-up registration fee. If registrants complete the proper paperwork but choose to pay at the event, he or she will be charged day-of pricing.
