
Flight outlast Racers in thriller

Grand Rapids, MI - The Flight survived a furious rally from the visiting Racers at the DeltaPlex Arena on Saturday to get the victory. Elgin stormed back from 25 points down to tie the game at 103 each, but Grand Rapids had enough in the tank to secure the win.
Kenny Langhorne scored 12 first quarter points, and finished with 24 to lead the Flight. Shane Thorson added 22 points, including five 3-pointers on six attempts. Phil Watson led all scorers with 26 points in the loss.
